Lights & Palms ("we", "us") installs permanent outdoor Govee lighting for homes and businesses in San Diego and Southern California. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a quote form, text us, or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, phone number, install address, and anything else you choose to send, including photos of your roofline.
- Information collected automatically. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the pages, including the Meta pixel described below.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a quote.
- To contact you by text, phone, or message about your project.
- To schedule and complete an installation.
- To improve our website and measure which pages and ads bring in customers.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your phone number, you agree that we may reply by text about your quote and installation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send marketing texts to numbers that only contacted us for a quote.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta pixel on this site. It reports events such as page views, contact taps, and completed quote forms back to Meta so we can measure ad performance and reach similar homeowners. It does not send Meta your form field contents. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, our form delivery provider, and our chat provider, and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email jessa@livalto.com or text (619) 354-8710 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
