These terms cover your use of the Lights & Palms website and the quotes and estimates you request through it. By using this site you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Any price shown on this site, including the instant estimate calculator and any virtual quote we send by text or message, is a budget range, not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on the roofline, linear footage, power access, and site conditions, and is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Starting prices shown do not include the cost of lights unless we say so in writing.

Scheduling and installation

Installation dates are confirmed directly with you. We may need to reschedule for weather or safety. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for having the authority to authorize work at that address.

Lights you supply

We install Govee lighting we supply, and we can install compatible lights you already purchased. When you supply the lights, we are not responsible for defects in that product, for warranty coverage on it, or for shortfalls in the quantity you bought.

Communications

When you submit a form, text us, or message us on Facebook or Instagram, you agree that we may respond through that channel about your project. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website content

Photos, video, copy, and branding on this site belong to Lights & Palms. Please do not reuse them without permission. Install photos show completed work and are not a guarantee that your result will look identical.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed installation agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
